Pork rub 

Got a pork shoulder or ribs heading to the smoker? Our sweet and spicy pork rub is the perfect rub for them. 

Massage it all over your pork before cooking, or sprinkle it on your cereal, we won’t judge you - whatever floats your boat. 

We also love this rub on chicken or mixed with breadcrumbs to create a delicious crumbed chicken. Give it a go.

Steak rub 

We’re big fans of a medium-rare well-seasoned steak ‘round here. And while you should cook your steak the way you like it, without a doubt you should use our steak rub. 

With a hint of smoke, spice and sweetness, our steak rub will level up your next steak.

BBQ Sauce

Feeling saucy? Us too. 

Our barbecue sauce is different to the standard bbq sauce you’ll find in supermarkets. It’s tangy with a hint of spice. A barbecue sauce that pays homage to Texas and has a vinegar base to cut through the richness of brisket and other smoked meats.  Use it as a dipping sauce, drizzle it over pulled pork or drink it from the bottle. We won’t judge you.
